Make sure all of your sessions are legally in check with a pre-made copyright and model release. Send the model release out when your clients book and have extra copies to bring to sessions just in case they forget. Then send the matching copyright release along with their CD with suggestions on where they can print their prints (that isn't Costco or Walmart!)
